1. Whisper Pen products and/or services: including the Whisper Pen image generation service provided by Whisper Pen, the operator of the Whisper PenApp (hereinafter referred to as the “Software”), to users, hereinafter referred to as the “Service”.

2. Qingdao Xiangliang E-commerce Co., Ltd.: The operator of Whisper Pen, specializing in research on Whisper Pen audio to text conversion.

3. User: refers to the user who uses this software and enables, browses, or uploads data to the Whisper Pen service, more commonly referred to as “you” in this policy.
